A divine afterthought. This is the moment you look back at what just happened. This is the calm after the storm when you have a moment to reflect at the lesson life just threw at you. No judgment, no guilt. Instead, opening your mind to what the universe is teaching us, and how we can enrich our lives with each obstacle we come across.
I’m a Firm believer in personal health through foods, environment and spirituality.
I am not a stereotypical hippy. I do not have dreadlocks, I do not chant to the sun each morning, and I do not wear over-sized tie-dye dresses.
However. I am spiritual, I do meditate, I do believe there we are all connected in energy and I do believe in love, respect and compassion. I would love to have world peace, so I am starting with peace within myself and my family. It is not an easy journey.
I have started this blog to openly share my falls, my triumphs and my mini epiphanies in hope that maybe I can add value to your day by helping you see things from a different perspective.
A motto I try and live each day by is inspired by my favourite author Eckhart Tolle, ‘Seek to live authentically’. This means something different to everyone. To me, this represents the challenge to find my centre in a chaotic society. A challenge to find my passions, my style and my peace without outside influence.
Take a moment to think about what it means to you.
